Q: I forgot my login-name and/or my password - please help!
A: You can request a new password here. Otherwise, please get in contact with the organizers and tell them your name and the email address you entered during the CONTOO registration.

Q: At my CONTOO registration I entered a wrong email address and therefore did not get the confirmation email. What do I have to do to get the confirmation email stating the bank account and my personal reference?
A: First of all correct your email address in your CONTOO personal account. Then write an email to the organizers and ask them to reject your registration. Thereupon in your CONTOO personal account the status of your registration will change to "not confirmed". Now you can delete your initial registration and send a new one featuring the right email address.

Q: I transfered the registration fee to the bank account stated in the confirmation email already some time ago. However, I did not get any confirmation, yet - how do I know whether my money arrived?
A: After the arrival of your registration fee the status of your registration will be changed within your CONTOO personal account. As you will not get a separate email regarding the transaction please check the status here.

Q: I would like to give a talk at the symposium - do I have to transfer the registration fee?
A: Please transfer the registration fee to the account stated in the confirmation email. Should you be selected as speaker on the symposium, you will get the fee refunded.

Q: Do I have to submit my abstract in English?
A: Yes, all abstracts, posters and talks have to be in English.
